1/13/2026: First round of nominations and self-nominated forms due by 10:00 AM* ▪ *If open positions remain after the board meeting, nominations will be extended by one week.
1/19/2026: All candidates’ written statements are due by 10 AM. 1/20/2026: Monthly board meeting.
1/28/2026: Final day to submit nominations (if applicable.)
1/29/2026: ▪ Zoom meeting at 6:30 PM for candidates to introduce themselves ▪ VOTE! Voting Ballots will be emailed directly to all certificate holders from “Election Buddy” web program
2/17/2026: Newly elected officers and directors will be announced during the monthly board meeting
2/24/2026: JBMI Annual Meeting: newly elected members to be sworn in/ transition of the board takes place
