• ​Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM. 
• Meetings are held via Zoom. 
• Passcode and agenda will be emailed to all members prior to the meeting.

Resident Screening

All residents (Homeowners, family members and renters) are required to submit an application through tenantAlert.  All must consent to a criminal background check and credit score screening.  The current JBMI Board of Directors must approve your application prior to moving into the moorage.
