What happens when two guys dig up homegrown potato plants on a hot summer day?  You make potato salad. If you make potato salad, you obviously need hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, pork, side dishes and beverages. Then you just go down the dock and and yell 'party'. What a great time it was to have old and new neighbors getting together and enjoying each other.
